Terms of use
Last updated October 7, 2026
These terms cover your use of Whyloop, an AI mock interview service run by Hero Momoh ("we"). By using Whyloop you agree to them. Questions go to hm@heromomoh.com.
Who can use it
You must be at least 16 and sign in with your own Google account. Keep your account to yourself.
Practice only
Whyloop is for preparing and learning. You may not use it to get help during a live interview, assessment or exam, and we will never build features for that.
Fair use
- Only upload a CV or job description you have the right to use.
- Do not try to break, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the service, or get around its limits.
- Do not use it to create anything unlawful, abusive or misleading.
About the AI
Questions, scores, hints, lessons and feedback are generated by AI and can be wrong or incomplete. Treat them as practice, not as professional, legal or career advice. We cannot promise any interview or job outcome.
Your content
What you put into Whyloop stays yours. You let us process it only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy.
Plans and payment
Whyloop has a free plan with a monthly allowance, and paid plans: Pro, billed monthly or yearly, and the Interview Sprint, a one-off 7 day pass. The allowance and price of each plan are shown on the pricing page before you pay. Payments are handled by Stripe or Paystack; we never see or store your card details.
Pro renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your dashboard, and you keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for. A Sprint never renews. Unused interviews do not roll over. Where the law gives you a right to a refund, you have it; otherwise payments are not refundable once the period has started.
We may change prices or allowances. A price change applies from your next renewal, and we will tell you before it does. We may also change, limit or stop features.
Ending your use
You can stop using Whyloop any time and delete your account and data from your dashboard. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Liability
Whyloop is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions you make based on its output. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be excluded by law.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you read them in another language, the English version is the one that counts if the two differ.
